Title: Libygsm and TestCall Port help?
Post by: logarithm on April 20, 2017, 11:56:48 PM
Hello, can someone point me in the right direction regarding Libygsm (http://wiki.yatebts.com/index.php/Libygsm_library).  If Libygsm is no longer an option, how can I send L3 data to a MS from the yate-bts?

Second, does Yate have a TestCall.Port like OpenBTS for sending raw UDP packets to a MS?  If not, does anyone know how I could send custom L3 GSM packets/data using UDP?

Thanks!

If you want to make calls you can use sip toward core network. You may start here: http://wiki.yatebts.com/index.php/Network_in_a_Box

It is not possible to send arbitrary L3 messages
