Title: Sometimes application dont blink or call dont apear in application

There are times that yate cliente doesnt blink when call arrive and other times the call dont apear in the application window to pick up the call.

We have not checked if this is related with multiple instances of the application that runs by mistake when the operator double click several times in yate application icon.
