Title: Telegram voice integration

Hi, Yate team !

In the light of the current trends of mutual integration of everything with everyone, is it planned to add the codecs L16/48000 or OPUS/48000 ?

And of course, it’s better to have your own module of telegram gate, especially since the opensources (https://github.com/grishka/libtgvoip)  and  yet again (https://github.com/Infactum/tg2sip)  have already appeared in the public domain.

However, no one wants to add Opus support to the vanilla branch. But, judging by the video (https://youtu.be/9Q7AgwQ-aUA?t=637), there are assembled modules for private versions.
