Please add codec2, its great low bandwidth codec.

there is an asterisk patch by codec2 author

https://github.com/freedv/codec2/tree/master/asterisk

seems the SIP Payload he use is "codec2"

Freeswitch and as well csipsimple uses "codec2" as SIP Payload.
