Title: Calls immediately hung up

When I attempt to either make a call, it will ring once and hang up. If I attempt to receive a call, it will ring until I answer and immediately hang up.

Debug in text file.

The outgoing call is rejected by your provider (with 403 PSTN Not Permitted).

The incoming call is cancelled (I can't say who is cancelling it).
Seems the caller don't see the ringing and/or answer messages.

Audio won't work anyway.

It might not be related with the dsound issue, but...
