What's the differences between S5700-28X-PWR-LI-AC and S5700-28X-LI-AC?

Huawei S5700-28X-PWR-LI-AC (http://www.router-switch.com/s5700-28x-pwr-li-ac-p-15918.html) has 24 × 10/100/1000Base-T POE+ ports, 4 × 10GE SFP＋, while S5700-28X-LI-AC (http://www.router-switch.com/s5700-28x-li-ac-p-5597.html) has 24 × 10/100/1000Base-T, 4 × 10GE SFP+.
