Other Yate server issues / Yate + SIP Skype Connect

Yate use in Windows.
Skype Manager - Features - Skype Connect - Your SIP Profiles - View profile - Authentication details - SIP user successfully registered at sip.skype.com
I call on my record Skype.
If there is a SIP-phone, then OK.
If YATE, the call will not go away. He did not come. In the logs there is no information about the incoming call. There are: "SIP line logon timeout" and all.
With other SIP-provider works well.
What can you advise?
