Features requests / Incoming call to ring in speakers, then talk in headphones

Hi!
I would like a function that when there is an inconming call, the audio sound by the speakers (HDMI speaker in my case) and when I answer it, I want the audio to sound via headphones.
I think Skype did this function, but doesn't really know
