Installation from packets/SVN/.exe/AppStore / Installing Yate on Windows

i installing Yate as server using the setup on windows as per http://docs.yate.ro/wiki/Compiling_and_Installing_Yate_on_Windows , but there is a "timeout error" when I try to connect to yate server using the client.Do you know the reanson? Please help me! Thanks!
