YateBTS / LTE - Cannont connet to Yate on Port 1049

Any time you try to enable LTE for a 2nd time, you get a port connection error.

Also I can't seem to see the BTS at all in LTE mode using the paramaters specified in the manual (I'm not in USA location so using Band 5 with a EARFCN of 2500.

 Any ideas?
