YateBTS / can not change MNC and MCC

hi everyboby
when i change Identity.MNC = 04 and Identity.MCC = 452,BladeRF normal works (blinker works), but telephone dont detect my network
may be yatebts dont allow this?
everyone anyone knows tell me, please!

but before restart my PC, record files automatically deleted
how can i fix this error?
