Installation from packets/SVN/.exe/AppStore / Network short name not displaying just MCC NMC

The current SVN ver YATE 5.5.1-devel1 r6189

is not displaying Network Short name on MS device

; Identity.ShortName: string: Network short name, displayed on some phones.
; Optional, but must be defined if you want the network to send time-of-day.
