Incoming call to ring in speakers, then talk in headphones

Hi!

I would like a function that when there is an inconming call, the audio sound by the speakers (HDMI speaker in my case) and when I answer it, I want the audio to sound via headphones.

I think Skype did this function, but doesn't really know

I too am looking for a way to ring on my primary audio path, but communicate with my headset.  It's kind of silly that only the headphones ring OR all audio go through the main sound system!
