Network short name not displaying just MCC NMC

The current SVN ver YATE 5.5.1-devel1 r6189

is not displaying Network Short name on MS device

; Identity.ShortName: string: Network short name, displayed on some phones.
; Optional, but must be defined if you want the network to send time-of-day.
; Defaults to YateBTS.
Identity.ShortName=YateBTS

Hi,

This feature is not supported in the public version. That setting should be removed, because it's ignored.

Sorry for the late reply but i have been very busy lately. Im asking becausei'm using the version used in a tutorial, and in that tutorial it showed the network name, so i assumed that it could ve probably have to do with versions or configuration. As i'm using exactly the same but only the hid is showing.
I could point you to the url in case its no problem posting it here.
