How to Install lazyrec.cpp module / patch

Please could I ask for a little help ?

Is it possible or feasible to install lazyrec.cpp ?

I found it here : http://yate.null.ro/mantis/view.php?id=68

but unfortunately I've not be able to find any instructions.

If possible, please could you point me in the right direction?
