yate server connection to Sangoma A200 analog FXO

I hope all of your project goes well,

I have two question about Yate connection to Sangoma A200 on Windows operation system

1- Can I config to yate for  directly connection to PCI board as a FXO

2- if it is not possible, Can I use NETBORDER Excpress as a voip gateway ?

for both of two question, Could you please some one give me some information and config file
