Does any one know how enable open registration?
i have made changes but its not working

What do you mean?
Allow user to register without authentication?
If yes, do you want them to be able to call and be called to registered username?

The Regexp for open registration is .*

If you decide to use REGEXP instead of adding subscribers, you need to comment out all subscriber authentication settings with ';'.

2G/3G authentication must also be disabled as you need to know the ki in order to do this.
