can Yate take MTN coverage from one country to ip and then reles it back to gsm

i need to extend gsm coverage to enjoy it in another country for example lets say in country A we have MTN network and i need to collect the signal and transfer to ip , then in another country b take it back to GSM again  can we do this with Yate ?
without adding delay to calls
