We need a solution that can handle,
30,000 VOIP users, 90% of the users are mobile users.
The users would use smart phones to call.
Billing system is required for the users.
Video Calls is also required for top management staff with there desk phones.
Video conferencing is also needed, within the network and also incoming from external.
The VOIP solution should also have a gateway to make calls to various networks (GSM etc)
Desk phones should be 500 in number.
