I am wondering if this has the ability to not only be an autodialer or predictive dialer (dialing out on one or more lines and connecting a live person with the marketer), but to be able to play one or more prerecorded messages during the call in order to further educate the customer on their options?
I would like some advice on pursuing building these features if YATE has that capability.
btw I saw that the builders are from Romania, CHEM I FUTCH!
