Hi,

Start your yatebts with debug on and maximum debug per mbts and ybts and sniffer on and then power off your phone (unlocked phone) and start it again and check the logs.

and the command is "debug on"?

for sniffer on, the command on telnet is "sniffer on"?

how about command for maximum debug per mbts and ybts?

hi dude..  what version of uhd for my project?

because with uhd newest version its doent work with USRP2 N210..

and i see in the openbts forum.. uhd and openbts is pairing? is it true? how about yatebts?

Linux / GSM network is not detected by mobile phone

My set up:
laptop using Linux ubuntu 14.04 64 bit desktop version.
Yate using newest version
Yate-bts using newset version
Radio board using USRP2 N210 with uhd

I have done with the documentation on yate-bts website, running, and set up NIB with "*" for open registration.

while telnet 127.0.0.1 5038 , all usrp indicator is on, gqrx capture data gsm.. but.. my mobile phone doesn,t detect a gsm signal made by yatebts.

any idea for this problem?

Hi Nurwalid

The USRP B210 Works with Yate without any issues,

You need to ensure you have the  Uhd Software and drivers to your linux box.

When you have done that issue the command uhd_find_devices it should at that point show your usrp type and serial number

You can also issue uhd_usrp_probe it will dump firmware on the USRP and check it,  and give you a responce.

then in change your ybts.conf in /usr/local/etc/yate change the line in transceciver   path=./transceiver-uhd

Then launch yate if you have done everything right you will get a red light on the rx/tx port and a green light on the rx port.

know. I have done
with prequirites, installing and running on the yatebts website. and network in box (i choose regexp ^001)

and how do I know, i don't have selinux or something similar that prevents apache to access other parts of the file system?

What operating system is best used for implementation yatebts?
And for hardware and software, what i need?

In yatebts website (yatebts.com) , i am very confused with explanation, I have not found an explanation or tutorial that I can understand.
